Nope.

What if I’m struggling with mental health after my breakup?
We’re here to support — but Divorced Not Dead is not a therapy service. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety or feel in crisis, please contact a qualified therapist or GP.
We’re happy to recommend trusted UK mental health resources if needed.
