Do I need to be recently separated or divorced?
Nope. Whether it ended 6 weeks ago or 6 years ago, if it’s still affecting your life, thoughts or emotions — this space is for you. Healing doesn’t come with a timeline.
What’s the difference between your Facebook Page and Group?
Facebook Page – This is where it all started and continues with regular sharing of musings, anecdotes of life post divorce.
Public Facebook Group – A confidential space for sharing, support, and real talk with others who get it

What if I’m struggling with mental health after my breakup?
We’re here to support — but Divorced Not Dead is not a therapy service. If you’re struggling with depression, anxiety or feel in crisis, please contact a qualified therapist or GP.
We’re happy to recommend trusted UK mental health resources if needed.
