At Divorced Not Dead, we are committed to providing valuable content and services to support your journey. Please review our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully.

1. Support Services

●      Support sessions are governed by separate terms.

●      Refunds for sessions are provided only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

●      Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session to avoid forfeiting fees.

4. Retreats

●      Retreat bookings require advance payment and have specific cancellation and refund terms:

○      More than 30 days prior to the event: Full refund minus non-recoverable fees.

○      Between 30 and 14 days prior: 50% refund.

○      Less than 14 days prior: No refund.

●      If Divorced Not Dead cancels or reschedules a retreat, you will be offered a full refund or credit toward a future event.

5. Podcast and Blog Content

●      Access to free podcast and blog content does not require payment and is not subject to refunds.

6. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation

●      To cancel Membership or request a refund, please contact us with your account and purchase details.

●      Refund requests will be evaluated and processed promptly where applicable.

7. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the effective date.
