● Cancellation: You may cancel your Membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are provided.
● Changes: We reserve the right to change Membership fees or terms with advance notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
● Eligibility: Membership is only available to individuals aged 18 or older.
3. Coaching Services
● Coaching Agreement: Coaching services are provided based on a separate agreement specifying session details, fees, and scheduling.
● Refunds & Cancellations: Refund and cancellation policies for coaching sessions will be communicated individually and may vary.
● No Guarantees: Coaching is a personal development service and does not guarantee specific results.
4. Podcast and Blog Content
● Content Use: Our podcast and blog content is for informational and inspirational purposes only.
● Intellectual Property: All content is owned by Divorced Not Dead or our licensors and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute content without permission.
● User Responsibility: Any reliance on the content is at your own risk.
5. Retreats
● Event Terms: Retreats are subject to separate registration, terms, and payment policies.
● Changes & Cancellations: We reserve the right to modify or cancel retreats, with refunds or rescheduling options provided as applicable.
● Health & Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety; please disclose any relevant medical conditions.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to:
● Use the site or services for unlawful purposes.
● Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
● Harass, abuse, or harm others.
● Share your Membership credentials or content unlawfully.
